Lahmee (referred to as "Lahmee", "we", "our") is pleased about your visit to the Mobile Application as well as your interest in the company and its offers. We take the protection of your private data seriously and we want you to feel comfortable visiting our sites and Mobile Application. If our Mobile Application contains links that lead you to the website or Mobile Application of another provider, our privacy policy is not applicable to the redirected Mobile Application.

You have the right to receive explicit information from us about your personal data we have stored about you, free of charge. In addition, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — the right to know what data was collected and how it is processed.
- Right to rectification — the right to request the modification of personal data if it is not up to date.
- Right to erasure — the right to request the deletion of personal data.
- Right to restriction of processing — the right to limit processing of personal data.
- Right to data portability — the right to transfer personal data in a machine-readable format.

04 Why & how we use your data
Lahmee collects, processes, stores, and sometimes shares your personal data in order to be able to offer you our services. We are very concerned and serious about how your information is shared via the Mobile Application with other users.
We have very limited data — age, religion, caste, your current location, height, educational degree, and occupation — that we share by default in our Mobile Application. Your other personal data is used for data analysis, managing your account, providing you with customer support, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and evaluating and improving our Mobile Application, products, and services to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements.
05 What data we collect
While registering for our services, you share your personal details, such as name, gender, date of birth, phone number, email address, photos, contact details, educational background, occupational information, marital status, astrological information, and other related details. You have your own choice to share your success story, marriage photo, and your feedback on our Mobile Application.
We also collect information indirectly submitted by you via your activities while using our Mobile Application, such as the date and time you logged in, features you have been using, searches, clicks, and pages visited by you.
We collect information from and about the device(s) such as IP address, device ID and type, device specification, browser type and version, operating system, and identifiers associated with cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device and browser. We need SMS permission for authenticating transactions via OTP, sent by the payment gateway.
07 When we delete your data
You may delete your account at any time from inside the Mobile Application or by emailing support@lahmee.com. Upon account deletion:
- Your profile is removed from public visibility immediately.
- Personal data is permanently erased from our active systems within 30 days.
- Backups containing your data are purged on a rolling cycle within 90 days.
- Anonymized, non-identifying analytics data may be retained indefinitely to improve our service.
- Records we are legally required to keep (financial transactions, fraud / abuse records) are retained only for the duration required by law.
If you have entered into a marriage through the Service and given consent to be featured as a success story, we may retain your testimonial and photo until you ask us to remove it.
08 Final advice
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. But please remember that you are the owner of your data.
Some data is mandatory to provide to us so that we can deliver the service. The less information you provide, the more control you have. For example, if you want to surf anonymously and do not want your surfing behavior to be analyzed independently of us and our service providers, you should make the appropriate settings in your browser. As long as you do not make the settings, many providers will collect the information you provide. You could also surf in "Incognito mode" with Google Chrome or in "Private mode" with Firefox.
09 Copyright policy
Lahmee respects the intellectual property of others and expects Users to do the same. It is Our policy to terminate the Lahmee Accounts of Members who are found to violate, or are believed to be violating, the rights of copyright holders.
10 Termination policy
This Agreement is valid for Users who are registered and using our Application or the Services. You may discontinue Your use of the Application or participation in the Services at any time, for any reason. Subject to Our rights by law, we may suspend or deactivate Your Lahmee Account, or cancel Your membership to access the Platform, at any time, for any reason, upon notice to You.
The termination of Your membership will not entitle You to a refund for any subscription fees paid by You, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.
11 Other terms for members
- Lahmee reserves the right to review the activity and status of each account and block access to the member if it goes against Our policy.
- You as a Lahmee member do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from Us, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile transactions.
- Multiple profiles of the same person are strictly not allowed on the Lahmee Mobile Application. We reserve the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
- You are not allowed to use other members' profiles for advertising, promoting, or sharing outside of the Lahmee Mobile Application.
- Lahmee is not responsible for any activities You engage with other Members after You meet via Our Application.
- Lahmee does not encourage or provoke the practice of "dowry" if both members successfully proceed to marriage through our Platform.
